Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentation across multiple markets to engage customers and drive sales.
• Analyze historical sales to influence merchandising strategies for anniversaries and promotions.
• Perform daily store walkthroughs via the Workforce Experience app to uphold visual standards.
• Submit daily photo updates of work to Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for review.
• Re-merchandise apparel/footwear, window displays, and in-store setups to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate with leadership on fixtures, lighting, signage, pricing concepts, and campaigns.
• Implement visual directives across stores, including vendor compliance for specialty concepts.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and District Managers on successes and opportunities.
• Provide daily, concise follow-ups via email on merchandising areas.
• Deliver in-the-moment training to motivate and coach store teams on standards.
• Lead visual merchandising aspects of new openings or remodels.
• May act as lead or point-of-contact for higher-level management requests.
• Understand merchandise flow, backroom organization, and how it affects floor sets and replenishment.
• Partner with Buying Team to communicate inventory levels or issues.
• Work with regional and district leaders to ensure visual maintenance and execution.
