Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser (Central Pennsylvania) to lead in-store presentation across our brands. You will conduct daily store visits, train store teams in visual standards, and create compelling window and in-store displays that boost customer experience and sales.

The role requires hands-on merchandising expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with regional managers on fixtures, lighting and pricing concepts to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience in visual merchandising or retail.
• Ability to travel within Central Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentations to engage customers and drive sales.
• Lead timelines for seasonal updates and ensure projects deliver on time.
• Perform daily store walkthroughs to uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Submit daily photo updates to demonstrate before/after work for Regional Visual Merchandising Manager review.
• Re‑merchandise apparel and footwear displays and POS areas to maximize sell‑through.
• Coordinate with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager on fixtures, lighting, signage, and pricing concepts.
• Implement company visual merchandising directives across stores and vendor campaigns.
• Communicate visual merchandising successes and opportunities to Store and District Managers.
• Provide on‑the‑spot training to motivate store teams on visual standards.
• Partner with Buying to understand merchandising strategies and inventory needs.
• Assist District Manager in maintaining store visuals and executing directives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
