Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Field Visual Merchandiser for Central Pennsylvania to elevate in-store presentation and drive sales. You will conduct daily store visits, implement visual merchandising standards, and train store teams on brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager, coordinate fixtures, lighting, signage, and price concepts, and communicate opportunities and successes to management.

Qualifications

• Retail/visual merchandising experience required.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple stores.
• Polished professional demeanor and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentation to engage customers and drive sales.
• Drive timelines for seasonal updates and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Conduct daily store walkthroughs using Workforce Experience app to uphold visual standards.
• Submit daily photo posts to document before/after work for regional review.
• Re-merchandise layouts, window displays, in-store setups and POS areas to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate with Regional VM Manager on fixtures, lighting, signage, and pricing concepts.
