Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Traveling Sr. Team Lead to support multiple customer locations in the central Ohio region. The role requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, with oversight across several sites and the ability to train and mentor teams.

The ideal candidate will lead inspections, coordinate with Site Leaders, and ensure adherence to client and company policies while maintaining a positive, productive site environment and delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in quality-related position preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships and site personnel.
• Oversee operations and train inspectors.
• Ensure adherence to project requirements and audits.
• Provide guidance to Site Leaders and Sr. Site Leaders.
• Ensure health & safety compliance at sites.
• Maintain inventory movement and data reporting.
