Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Sr. Team Lead in Toledo, OH and surrounding areas. The position requires travel to multiple sites and offers a pay rate of $16-$17 per hour.

The Sr. Team Lead will provide leadership, develop and motivate teams, and ensure adherence to company and customer guidelines. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with customers, daily site-level communication, and supporting site leaders.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a quality-related position preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership ability.
• Proficiency in English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (ie: audits).
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve with the Site Lead/Supervisor, for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
• Manage material movements using inventory management tools (ie: scanners) as needed.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
• Comply with all TRIGO and site specific customer policies.
