Job summary

ARCO seeks a Traveling Senior Quality Manager for Advanced Manufacturing & Life Sciences projects in the United States. You will lead quality control, oversee commissioning, and ensure all systems meet design intent and safety standards.

You will manage documentation, training completion, and project logs in Procore, while directing a team of QC personnel across multiple sites. A strong background in manufacturing or life sciences construction is required, with hands‑on commissioning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Science / Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years in a dedicated Quality Manager or Quality Control Director role.
• Proven track record of managing quality on Advanced Manufacturing or Life Sciences construction projects.
• Familiarity with and practical application of the 3 Phases of Control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Procore project management software.
• Strong proficiency and hands‑on experience in the formal Commissioning (Cx) process for technical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control personnel and ensure accountability.
• Champion project commissioning to meet design intent and standards.
• Monitor training status for site personnel and direct reports.
• Maintain and update critical project logs via Procore and manage quality documents.
• Prepare submittal logs and manage the master submittal register throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve QC production roadblocks and address project changes as needed.
