Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Traveling Senior Quality Manager for Advanced Manufacturing and Life Sciences projects in the United States. The role focuses on leading quality control, project commissioning, and document management across multiple sites.

The candidate will drive adherence to the 3 Phases of Control, supervise QC personnel, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners. Procore proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or Construction Science / Construction Management.
• Ten years of experience in a dedicated Quality Manager or Quality Control Director role.
• Experience managing quality on Advanced Manufacturing or Life Sciences construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee quality control personnel.
• Champion the project commissioning process to meet design intent and standards.
• Review quality and safety training completion for all site personnel and direct reports.
• Prepare, edit, and review meeting minutes and schedule construction meetings with all stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project logs and quality documents using Word and Excel templates.
• Resolve RFIs and field conflicts; monitor changes to the master Quality Control Plan.
