Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial/industrial projects across the United States. You will drive planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and subcontractor coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 10–20 years of PM experience in large-scale construction, plus travel up to 100%. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners while aligning with MasTec's broader infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; experience requirements may be substituted with additional relevant work experience.
• 10–20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to travel within the United States.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and production management skills (P6/MS Project).
• Familiarity with local specifications and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and keep critical paths on track.
• Oversee pre-construction/RFP packages with the estimating department.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners to develop opportunities.
• Manage multiple project teams across various sites while maximizing profit and client satisfaction.
• Ensure project quality control plans are followed and punch lists completed to client satisfaction.
