Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec subsidiary, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead PM teams on large industrial and commercial construction projects across the United States. You will drive pre-construction efforts, coordinate with architects, engineers and owners, and maintain strong client relations.

Requires a Bachelor's in Architecture/Engineering/Construction and 10–20 years PM experience on similar projects, with ability to travel up to 100% across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction and 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing project manager experience.
• 10–20 years as a PM on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
• Manage multiple project teams while maximizing profit and client satisfaction.
• Develop pre-construction/RFP package with estimating department.
