Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead multiple commercial and industrial projects across the United States. The role requires managing project teams, coordinating with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors, and driving profitable outcomes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, 10–20 years of PM experience, and be able to travel up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.
• Familiarity with local specifications and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develops solutions to ensure issues do not become problems.
• Studies bid specs to identify potential issues before projects.
• Develops contingency plans to mitigate risks on the critical path.
• Understands subcontractor scope and contracts; identifies opportunities and risks.
• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Recruit high-caliber personnel and manage multiple project teams to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
• Work with on-site Superintendents to deliver high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP package efforts with estimating.
