Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Commercial unit as a traveler. You will lead complex construction projects from start to finish, driving on-time delivery within budget while upholding high-quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communications across architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will mentor team members, develop detailed project plans, and oversee change orders, buy-outs, and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in a PM or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.
• Provide leadership to project teams and ensure adherence to project goals and company policy.
• Identify and assess project risks; develop mitigation strategies and monitor risk factors.
• Lead client and stakeholder communication; manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets and schedules; manage resources.
