Qualifikationen

• Industry-related college degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years of construction experience including project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills; ability to mentor others.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage project schedules; address long lead items and update plans.
• Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Complete monthly status reports, owner billings and financial risk assessments.
• Identify value engineering and scope reduction opportunities.
• Ensure safety plans are communicated and followed.
• Assist preconstruction efforts and manage buy-out processes.
• Detect constructability issues and ensure adherence to contracts and budgets.
