Job summary

Roers Companies LLC is seeking an energetic, traveling Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in delivering multifamily developments nationwide from our Plymouth, Minnesota base. You will lead project lifecycles from preliminary estimates through completion, coordinating with developers, engineers, architects, and vendors while maintaining budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred) and 5+ years in multifamily or related construction fields.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and schedule coordination skills.
• Ability to lead teams, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary and final estimates and manage project budgets.
• Develop schedules, depose resources, and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with developers, engineers, architects to align specs.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable terms.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, produce progress reports, and manage RFIs.
