Public Storage is looking for a Property Manager to work at multiple locations, independently handling daily operations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure inventory and rental readiness.

Responsibilities include cash handling, deposits, payment reminders, and collections. A valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle are required to travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
