Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who can work independently across multiple locations. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and may upsell packing and moving supplies.

You’ll conduct daily inspections to ensure inventory and spaces are ready to rent, and you’ll manage cash drawers and deposits as part of the daily operations. This role requires a valid driver's license and using your own vehicle to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Ability to upsell packing and moving supplies as needed.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and propose solutions including packing supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
