Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently across multiple locations, balancing inside and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies while performing daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between locations are required to support operations and customer service across sites.

Formación

• Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability and ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required.
