Job summary

Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Physical Security Specialist based in Green Bay, WI, with travel to branches statewide as needed. You will assess vulnerabilities, monitor security systems, and promote security protocols to protect people and assets.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, conduct employee training, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and bank policies while upholding Nicolet's core values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or comparable experience.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience required.
• Uphold mission, values and service excellence standards with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Be a point of contact for employees to address security concerns.
• Provide guidance to customers involved in frauds and scams.
• Enforce security protocols and procedures.
• Assist staff in maintaining banking equipment.
• Monitor security systems and perform periodic audits to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce risks and liabilities in information, financial, physical and reputational areas.
• Liaise with law enforcement on security matters.
• Train employees to current standards and oversee training compliance.
