Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in bank customer service preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to sit for long periods on the phone and use a PC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate bank contact.
• Provide excellent service and actively promote bank products.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking, cards, transfers.
• Support internal users with password resets and software issues.
• Maintain department supplies and equipment.
• Uphold policies and compliance with applicable laws.
