Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an experienced registered nurse to provide trauma-informed forensic care for sexual assault patients across regional hospitals. You will collaborate with SANE programs to ensure timely, compassionate support, practicing in adult medical-surgical settings and responding to on-call needs.

Required: active RN license, 1–2 years acute care, 40-hour SANE training, willingness to travel. BSN with 2–5 years preferred.

• 40-hour SANE training completed
• Willingness to travel between hospital facilities and respond to on-call needs
• BSN with 2–5 years experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed forensic nursing care to sexual assault patients across multiple hospitals.
• Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care per medical-surgical standards, addressing life-threatening conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans considering physical, social, cultural, and spiritual factors.
• Coordinate care for patients with varying acuity while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
