Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Specialist Safety to promote a safety-first culture across field locations. You will conduct audits, coach teams, lead toolbox talks, and support incident investigations while ensuring PPE compliance and hazard controls.

Travel between sites is required to maintain regional safety presence. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in field safety, knowledge of federal and state regulations, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversight
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations
• Valid driver’s license; must travel to various job sites
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training
• Support root cause investigations of incidents
• Ensure crews are in compliance with PPE and job-specific hazards
• Document observations and report non-compliance
• Monitor usage of equipment and safety tools
• Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance
• Provide input on policy updates based on observations
• Travel between sites to maintain regional safety presence
