Lambert's Cable is seeking a Specialist Safety to promote a culture of safety across work locations. This role requires travel between sites to maintain a regional safety presence and ensure compliance with PPE and job-specific hazards.

You will conduct safety audits, coach teams on safety techniques, lead toolbox talks, and support root cause investigations of incidents while documenting observations and reporting non-compliance. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are essential.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in field safety or utility safety oversight.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license; must travel to various job sites.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities.
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training.
