Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; 3–5 years in field safety or utility safety oversight.
• Knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and observe field activities.
• Coach teams on proper safety techniques and procedures.
• Lead toolbox talks and site-specific training.
• Support root cause investigations of incidents.
• Ensure crews comply with PPE and job-specific hazards.
• Document observations and report non-compliance.
• Monitor usage of safety equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors to improve safety performance.
• Provide input on policy updates based on observations.
