Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or industrial construction experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety programs and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Review JHAs, AHAs, permits, and site-specific safety plans.
• Facilitate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training programs.
• Track safety metrics, inspections, observations, and corrective actions.
• Support high-risk activities including electrical work, commissioning, crane operations, fall protection, confined space entry, and LOTO.
• Partner with project teams and clients to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.

This role will partner with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to proactively identify risks and maintain the highest standards of jobsite safety.

• Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and safety training.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Compensation Range: $125K - $140K
