Job summary

SLS Consultants is seeking an experienced project manager to lead real estate development and construction projects in the data center, life sciences, and healthcare sectors. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and multi-stakeholder coordination to deliver quality results on time and within scope.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving efficient, cost-effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in real estate development, construction, or design.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related area preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
• Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements.
• Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.
