Job summary

SLS Consultants LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex real estate development, construction, and design initiatives in the data center space. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, tracking budgets, schedules, and risks while delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule and within client expectations.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of relevant experience, a technical degree, and proven ability to drive projects in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in real estate development, construction, or design.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related area strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Data center, semiconductor or healthcare experience preferred
• Proficient in project management tools, project accounting, and construction drawings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and identify schedule, cost, quality, and operational risks.
• Review contractor schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports for compliance with project requirements.
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment to support project milestones and critical path requirements.
• Assist in managing project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes, procedures, and best practices.

A rotational travel schedule will be considered for candidates residing outside the local area.
