The role requires 3+ years in safety analysis or related fields, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and strong communication skills. Offers contingent on background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Offers contingent on successful background check, drug test and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with field crews.
• Safety Culture: Partner with crews to promote a proactive safety-first mindset.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping.
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems.
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions.
• Support site audits and maintain documentation.
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits.
