The role requires travel across the state, collaboration with field crews, and ensuring accuracy of safety documentation while promoting a proactive safety culture. Wages range from $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.
• Safety Culture: Partner closely with crews to advocate for and foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
• Support site audits and maintain documentation
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
• Travel throughout the state is required
