Qualifications

• Three years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI or other data platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States; background and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support with field crews.
• Safety Culture: foster proactive safety-first mindset with crews.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping.
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems.
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions.
• Support site audits and maintain documentation.
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits.
