TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Safety Analyst to conduct structured analysis of safety data, maintain compliance records, and support safety reporting tools to improve safety across projects. You will perform site audits, partner with field crews to promote a safety-first culture, manage multiple reporting tasks, and travel throughout the state as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 3 years of safety analysis or compliance experience, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and strong

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• U.S. work authorization
• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI or other data platforms
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Background check, drug test and DOT physical required

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support with field crews
• Safety Culture: promote a proactive safety-first mindset with crews
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
• Support site audits and maintain documentation
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
• Travel throughout the state is required
