Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Safety Analyst to conduct structured safety data analysis, maintain compliance records, and support reporting tools to improve safety across projects.

You will perform site audits with field crews, foster a proactive safety culture, and coordinate data collection while ensuring accurate safety records across regions. Travel throughout the state is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI (or similar data platforms).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Field leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.
• Safety Culture: Partner closely with crews to advocate for and foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel.
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping.
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems.
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions.
• Support site audits and maintain documentation.
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits.
• Travel throughout the state is required.
