Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Safety Analyst to conduct structured analysis of safety data, maintain compliance records, and support safety reporting tools to improve operational safety across projects in Des Moines and statewide.

You will perform site audits with field crews, promote a proactive safety culture, coordinate data collection, and ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping while traveling throughout the state.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.
• Safety Culture: Partner closely with crews to advocate for and foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
• Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
• Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
• Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
• Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
• Support site audits and maintain documentation
• Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
• Travel throughout the state is required.
