Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners seeks a Route Service Representative to travel across a broad territory, implementing merchandising plans and maintaining in-store displays to meet brand standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, tech-savvy candidate, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Expect 48–52 hours weekly with possible overtime and overnight stays; base pay $18.64–$19.64/hour, with annual compensation reflecting a full 50-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Tech savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop and kneel for extended periods.
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently.
• Must be 21 years of age or older; rental car eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure company standards.
• Set up, replenish and merchandise products at stores using a company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to drive sales.
• Maintain planograms for consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and place materials correctly.
• Work with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock and keep shelves stocked.
