Job summary

Cascade Environmental, LLC is seeking a CDL Class A Driller with solid field experience at our Peralta, NM project sites. This role involves operating drill rigs, maintaining reports, and keeping equipment safe and compliant with DOT and safety standards.

You will lead a crew, train teammates, and coordinate with job site teams across Southwest travel. A valid CDL A, state driller license, DOT medical card, and background/drug checks are required; occasional weekends and long shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in drilling with at least 1 year operating various rigs (sonic, rotary, auger).
• Negative drug test and background check required.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory MVR for work location.
• Interstate DOT Medical Card and FMCSA compliance required.
• Health/Safety training and respirator use may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate drill rigs and drilling equipment proficiently.
• Maintain daily drilling reports and logs.
• Ensure equipment is safe and maintained; perform routine maintenance.
• Lead drilling crew including training and mentoring; ensure safety.
• Maintain MSDS, CEU’s, and JSA’s knowledge; approve timesheets.
• Complete well logs and driver reports; interact with clients.
• Maintain required certifications and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
