Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or industrial rope access experience.
• Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating project execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising rope access technicians on complex restoration and repair projects.
• Planning daily work activities and coordinating field operations with Project Managers.
• Conducting pre-task planning, safety meetings, and site-specific training.
