STRUCTURAL Building Envelope is seeking a Traveling Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor to lead specialized crews on restoration projects across the United States. Certification at SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 is required, with 5+ years of rope access experience and a proven leadership track record.

The role demands extensive travel, the ability to read construction drawings, OSHA 30 certification, and mentoring of field personnel while upholding safety and quality standards.

STRUCTURAL Building Envelope team has opportunities for a Traveling Rope Access Level 3 Supervisor to lead specialized crews performing structural repairs and restoration projects across the United States.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supervising rope access technicians on complex restoration and repair projects
• Planning daily work activities and coordinating field operations with Project Managers and Superintendents
• Performing and overseeing facade restoration, waterproofing, concrete repair, structural strengthening, and building envelope work
• Conducting pre-task planning, safety meetings, and site-specific training
• Mentoring and developing rope access technicians and future field leaders
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Traveling extensively to support projects throughout the U.S.

What We're Looking For

• Current SPRAT Level 3 or IRATA Level 3 certification
• 5+ years of construction or industrial rope access experience
• Proven experience leading field crews and coordinating project execution
• Background in concrete repair, facade restoration, waterproofing, structural strengthening, coatings, or related specialty contracting work
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at heights in a variety of environments
