Job summary

Apave America Inc. seeks a Rope Access Supervisor (Level 3) for a full-time role at client sites in Northwest Indiana. You will supervise a certified technician crew performing inspection, maintenance and other industrial tasks using industrial rope access methods.

Candidates must hold SPRAT or IRATA Level 3, have a valid driver's license, pass pre-employment checks, and be able to work outdoors in varying conditions. Travel may be required; safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 certification required.
• Experience supervising rope access crews.
• Strong safety and incident reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rope access technicians to ensure work is performed safely and correctly.
• Maintain safe working environments and enforce site safety standards.
• Coordinate rope access operations, permits, and JHA compliance.
• Conduct or participate in rescue training and emergency procedures.
• Inspect rope access systems and report hazards to Site Manager.
