Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in the United States is hiring a Surge Merchandiser to support our retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to various store locations and work with store teams to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects.

Access to a personal smartphone is required to access assignments and communicate with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects using the mobile app.
• Assist with promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Travel to multiple store locations within the region.
• Troubleshoot product or display issues with store management.
