Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support our retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, properly displayed and available for purchase. You will work with store teams and travel to locations to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods or urgent needs.

Applicants must have access to a personal smartphone, strong communication, and a willingness to travel within a region. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within a designated region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region as assigned.
