Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked, displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to multiple stores, work with store teams, and complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects.

Candidates should have a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A personal smartphone is required for assignments, and you must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Conversational English ability for real-time communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned retail stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area or region.
