Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floater to perform floor maintenance and carpet care across multiple Illinois locations. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while following client scope and schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and use common sense.
• Effective communication with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work in a multi-ethnic environment and in a team.
• Strong time management andAttendance/punctuality are essential.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple locations within designated district and follow daily task lists.
• Perform floor care tasks: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provide carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extracting; spot clean as needed.
• Conduct waxing, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, window cleaning, and area cleaning.
• Collaborate with onsite staff; report equipment issues; adhere to safety policies.
• Drive a culture of improvement and support company values.
