Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Quincy, IL to perform comprehensive floor maintenance on hard surfaces and carpet, including waxing, buffing, and extraction.

The role involves working with the Building Maintenance team to deliver high quality cleaning services at client locations. Responsibilities include following the daily task list, operating cleaning equipment safely, and collaborating with store staff.

Qualifications

• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Able to communicate respectfully with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care and cleaning tasks as scheduled and directed by the supervisor.
• Operate floor care machines and cleaning products safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Maintain store areas including waxing, buffing, extraction, and restroom cleaning as part of the scope of work.
• Report equipment issues and shortages to the supervisor and ensure supplies are stocked.
