Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a dependable Floater/Janitorial Technician to maintain floors and carpets across multiple stores in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. You’ll follow location task lists, cover shifts, and support store teams with high-quality cleaning services, safety, and courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and safety rules.
• Willingness to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and buffing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet and extract carpets; spot clean as needed.
• Restroom cleaning, trash removal, window cleaning and general area cleaning.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow safety policies and work with team to meet customer requirements.
