Job summary

Sizemore Inc. is seeking a Floater/Lead Cleaning Technician to manage floor care and cleaning duties across multiple retail locations in Ohio. You will perform hard surface and carpet maintenance, support store teams, and travel as needed to meet client scope of work.

The role requires reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work nights or early mornings as needed. Competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time-management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Provide carpet maintenance such as vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting.
• Assist with restroom cleaning, trash removal, window cleaning and other areas.
• Report time worked and follow schedule with supervision.
• Operate floor care machines safely and maintain supplies.
• Travel to multiple store locations within designated district.
