Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within a defined market. The role requires frequent travel to stores, engagement with staff and clients, and driving on-time project execution for merchandising initiatives.

The ideal candidate will recruit, train and develop the team, manage project budgets, and monitor performance against client expectations and financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or related field or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience.
• Firm understanding of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and mentor hourly employees within a market area.
• Maintain 95%+ on-time execution for projects.
• Travel to stores to engage with retailers and client personnel.
• Plan staffing to meet client project requirements.
• Manage district costs including travel, overtime and mileage.
• Ensure on-site execution and brand standards across locations.
