Driveline in the United States is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead 100+ hourly merchandisers across 200+ stores in a defined market. The role involves travel to store locations, engaging with staff, and ensuring execution of merchandising initiatives such as category resets, new item cut-ins, stocking, audits, and data collection.

You will recruit and train team members, maintain on-time project execution, manage district costs, and collaborate with retailers and client personnel.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects are essential.
• High attention to detail and timely follow-up are expected.
• Proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.

Responsabilités

• Train, coach, and mentor hourly employees within a market area.
• Maintain 95%+ on-time execution rate for all projects.
• Foster strong relationships with retailers and client personnel.
• Communicate with staff regularly and provide actionable follow-ups.
• Plan staffing to meet client project requirements.
• Manage district costs including drivetime, mileage, and overtime.
• Control merchandising expenses and travel costs.
• Build a flexible labor pool to handle spikes in workload.
• Collaborate with regional team to drive overall success.
• Travel daily/weekly to worksites to ensure execution excellence.
• Handle employee relations with HR as needed.
• Assist other districts with staffing and execution.
