Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States.

This role oversees jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. This position requires 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, along with OSHA 30 and strong knowledge of scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience required, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance; conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence; resolve field issues.
• Maintain daily reports and communicate field updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.
• Manage punch lists and final inspections during closeout.
