Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

The role requires 90-100% travel across the United States, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and QA/QC to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Manage punch list completion and final inspections; assist with closeout activities.
