Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the United States.

You will oversee jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. Qualified candidates have 7+ years of construction experience including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, with proficiency in Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and strong

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of construction experience and 3+ years as a superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with field operations, scheduling, and safety management incl. OSHA standards.
• Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations across commercial construction projects.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and crews to maintain progress and safety.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master plan.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct site safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation; manage RFIs and change orders.
• Manage subcontractor performance and project closeout activities.
