Job summary

re:fab is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead renovations for commercial and residential projects. This on-site role in Lakeville, MA requires frequent travel across New England with occasional longer trips.

You will manage projects from award to closeout, coordinate teams, review contracts, and ensure schedules and budgets are met. The ideal candidate is early to mid-career, highly organized, and proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple renovations
• Willingness to travel regularly across New England with overnight stays
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong written/verbal communication
• Experience with estimating tools is a plus (Xactimate, QuickBid, Stack, Bluebeam)

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from award to closeout
• Perform site inspections and document conditions
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and vendors
• Track budgets, timelines, and overall project progress
• Review plans, scopes, contracts, change orders, and reports
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions
