Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel across New England when required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.
• Experience in renovations or painting projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and vendors.
• Track budgets, timelines, and project progress; review plans and contracts.
